Good health is much more than healthy eating and exercise. Indeed, there are many influences on our health that can interfere with our best efforts to build a strong body. Most of us don't realize how: what we eat, how much we eat, our age and our genetics, influence our health.
The information contained in this section is intended to guide you to better health choices and to explain the changes that will happen as we age. In fact, the physiological changes that occur as we age has always been important to me. This knowledge is important to understand since we all will travel down the path of aging (if we are lucky) at some point. And knowing what to expect and how to preserve our health and fitness can empower us to fight for our continued ability to live full, happy and energetic lives.
